Happy Jagadguru Diwas

Jagadguru Diwas (14th January) is a festival celebrated in the memory of Shree Kripalu Ji Maharaj being honoured with the title of "Jagadguru" in 1957. Jagadguru is the supreme title in Hinduism. Prior to him, there were only 4 Jagadgurus in the history so far. Jagadguru Shree Shankaracharya (509 to 477BC) was the first Jagadguru and then there were Jagadguru Shree Nimbarkacharya, Jagadguru Shree Ramanujacharya and Jagadguru Shree Madhvacharya. The latest i.e. Madhvacharya was about 700 years ago.

Shree Kripalu Ji Maharaj is thus the fifth original Jagadguru and the Supreme Acharya of the age.

On the auspicious occassion of Jagadguru Diwas we extend our Greetings and "Happy Jagadguru Diwas" to you.
